In order to list cattle for sale on Dream Cattle you will need to perform several steps. REGISTER If you have not already done so, please complete our User Registration form to create your Dream Cattle Account. You will then have an account on our system and will be able to login and manage your advertisements. Be sure to write down the email address and password used to set up your account. LOGIN Login using your Email Address and Password. Your password is case-sensitive, meaning you will need to enter it exactly as you did when you registered with us originally. If you forget your site password, use our automated Password Retrieval Program to have it emailed to you immediately. Simply enter in your Username and click Forgot Password and we will send your password to the email address we have on file for you. CREATE YOUR ADVERTISEMENT After you have logged in to our main Dream Cattle site, you will see your "Listing Options" screen. There is a list of options on the page that you can use to add /edit your advertisements, change your user profile, and change your site password. The edit screen for each ad allows you to edit the ad, delete the ad, mark as sale pending or sold, renew the ad, upgrade the ad to show more pictures, show saved responses to the ad, etc. Text ads are always free. ADD PHOTOS TO YOUR ADVERTISEMENT You can create an advertisement with photos of your cattle. You can add up to 4 images per listing and you can upload the images from your local hard drive. The more images that you add the greater the cost to place the ad. You can select the type of advertisement you want to use at the beginning of each ad you place. ADD A FEATURED ADVERTISEMENT If you would like to have your advertisement be featured on the home page of our site you can select to have it be a Featured Ad. All Featured Advertisements rotate displaying on our home page with each new visitor. You will have the option to select which image you want to be displayed on the home page when you create the ad. Featured ads cost $50.00 for three months. Feature Your Animal Here! PAY FOR YOUR ADVERTISEMENT Once you are finished placing your ad(s) you will go through a normal shopping cart check out procedure to pay for your ads. We accept most major credits but if you don't use them and want to pay for your ad by check we will hold your advertisement until we receive your check and it clears the bank. If you are paying by check be sure to put your account number on the check and also the listing number for any advertisements you are paying for. This is especially important if you are paying for more than one listing. ADVERTISEMENT APPROVAL All advertisements placed on Dream Cattle have to be approved by our staff to maintain the high standards we adhere to and also to make sure that no one places inappropriate material in an advertisement. Normally your ad will will be reviewed and, if approved, be viewable on our site the same day you place your ad, but we only guarantee that your add will appear within 48 hours of submitting your ad, weekends and holidays not included. MANAGE YOUR ADVERTISEMENTS Once you have registered and create your first advertisement you can add or delete ads, edit existing ads, extend their running time, upgrade from a text ad to include images or to a featured ad to get more exposure. You can also mark an ad as pending sold or sold.
